What are the cutoff times for my orders?

Fastways

Morning Collection - all orders required before 10:00 am

Afternooon Collection - all orders required before 3:00 pm

TNT Transport

Overnight & Road Transport - all orders required by 1:30pm

Australia Post

Australia Express Post - for items up to 3kg - all orders required by 4:00pm

 

Can I collect my order?

Orders can be collected from the Brisbane Showroom from Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm (4pm on Fridays).  It is recommended that all orders are phoned through with plenty of notice before collecting to ensure no delays. For any Custom made lighting orders we allow approximatley 3 working days for orders to be processed depending on the complexity of the order. 

 

Where do you ship to?

We ship Australia wide - Using Fastway or TNT transport services

International deilveries can be arranged and are calculated at the time of packing the order for more information contact us here

 

How long are delivery turnarounds?

* To business Addresses only on Fastway Couriers (For all deliveries going to site or a residential address we allow an up to 1-2 days on top of turnaround times)

Am Collection - PM Delivery (order is to be placed by 10am latest) 

PM Collection - AM Delivery (order is to be placed by 3:30pm latest)

Brisbane Short Haul (Gold Coast Sunshine Coast etc)

* All other areas are serviced by TNT Transport and time frames/prices are calculated at the time of order.

 

Where is my order?

All deliveries can be tracked by us - therefore if you have not received your order within the expected time frame please contact us via email or phone and we will track your order

**Please note:  If you are not at the specified address at the time of delivery your parcel will be taken back to the depot and will be put into the next delivery cycle. The courier will reattempt delivery in the next delivery cycle. Some of our courier services will leave a calling card others will continue to reattempt delivery serveral times.

To avoid missed deliveries we recommend leaving a comment when placing your order indicating that you would like the parcel to be left by the front door (or secure place of your choosing)
